We buy whole pork tenderloins and cut this for pork chops while leaving some whole for pork roasts. I am tired of the same old stuff. Does anyone have any new recipes I can try for with pork???

Fasted Cardio
Hi! What's the best fasted cardio & how long should this be carried out for. The reason being as I am unsure if I should do fasted HIIT such as Metafit, or if I should cycle/run for 45mins or so at low intensity?
