Sweating for the wedding!

My name is Hannah and I have used my fitness pal on and off for a few years. This last month I have dedicated myself to log EVERYTHING. I'm getting Married in January of 2016, and I want to be the healthiest, fittest version of myself that I can be. My goal is to lose around 20 pounds of fat through clean eating and using Kayla Itsines Bikini Body guide, along with hiking and other fun exercise options.   • Good luck with your weight loss!! I'm not trying to lose weight (I'm maintaining) but my focus is on exercise. I post on here daily with some others, so I'll add you for motivation :)
