Sweating for the wedding!
My name is Hannah and I have used my fitness pal on and off for a few years. This last month I have dedicated myself to log EVERYTHING. I'm getting Married in January of 2016, and I want to be the healthiest, fittest version of myself that I can be. My goal is to lose around 20 pounds of fat through clean eating and using Kayla Itsines Bikini Body guide, along with hiking and other fun exercise options. Good luck with your weight loss!! I'm not trying to lose weight (I'm maintaining) but my focus is on exercise. I post on here daily with some others, so I'll add you for motivation0
