I'm 62 from Liverpool U.K. I'm trying to lose 14lb, which I've gained through medication, and not being able to get out, I can manage 25mns of exercise 4/5 days a week. I'm currently on 1,200 Cals a day, but try to keep it under that about 1,000, can any one tell me if this will enable me to lose 1lb a week. Would like some inspiration/motivation please, as depressed at the moment.

I have patiently waited my turn and now it is my turn. When I turn 60 in Jan 2016 I want to be shopping for a new small wardrobe!
