Pork ideas??

We buy whole pork tenderloins and cut this for pork chops while leaving some whole for pork roasts. I am tired of the same old stuff. Does anyone have any new recipes I can try for with pork???

My husband does bbq pulled pork. Also we do crockpot porkchops. Just pork chops, cream of chicken, packet of low sodium brown gravy, maybe some ranch seasoning. Cook for 3-4 hrs in the crockpot.
