How accurate do you think......
This site is for losing 1lb a week? or even 1/2lb a week? Just wondering because other sites I have visited give me almost double the numbers more or 500 calories less than here. I'd just like to hear from those that have used it a long time how accurate you think it is with it's numbers?

Eliptical?
So, if I am trying to burn fat and get thinner (I feel like my butt is already big and I want to tone it, not make it any bigger :) , how high of a resistance should I do on the eliptical and for how long? Intervals? And that goes for any cardio machine. What is the best way to get rid of fat on them?

Cardio Drumming
I go to a Cardio Drumming class 3 times a week an hour long . I love it . I have sore knees and a hip that hurts all the time . but when I am done I feel so much better . we do 30 min of drumming on the exercise balls and then we do floor exercise and then back on the balls for some fun bouncing with the music .
