Hey guys... I'm back...lol I need this more then ever, I hate that I feel so out of control and struggle most of my life with losing weight.. I wish I could just get to a place where I'm healthy and happy and proud of the person looking back at me in the mirror..

I was thinking about it today. I may decide to try and maintain for 6 months after my first 100lbs. Just so my body and mind can have a break and get adjusted I guess.
