Frapp help at Starbucks
I went to Starbucks today and I asked for a mocha lite frap. However, it read on the label mocha frapp with nonfat milk and no whip. Is this the same thing? If so, how many calories?

stress+depression= sitting and not wanting to move

questions about cortisol
I recently read that said working out over an hour raises testosterone levels in women causing your body to release stress hormone cortisol.if that's the case then should you work out in say 30 minute increments twice a day? or not to work out more than an hour a day? and has anyone ever heard of this as well?

Steps Subtraction
When the app updated wth under armor did they make it so your steps can't count as exercise? I walk all day at my job and I loved that its estimate how any calories I burned. Anyone know how to turn that back on?
