MFP & Jawbone Up
I've just got a jawbone up move to monitor my activity levels and motivate me to move more. So I've synced it with MFP but have a question. Struggling to lose 10!
I'd really appreciate it if my body would just shave these ten pounds off, but it seems if anything, I've gained two and there's nothing I can do!
