Frapp help at Starbucks
I went to Starbucks today and I asked for a mocha lite frap. However, it read on the label mocha frapp with nonfat milk and no whip. Is this the same thing? If so, how many calories?

Yes, when you say "lite" or "skinny", it means nonfat milk, no whip, and sugar-free syrup (if available).

Check their web site. They give you the calories for each drink (2% milk, skim, soy) and with whip or without. Never had a problem with that.0
