boobs...ladies only please!
Hey guys so basically my goal here is to lose around 20 lbs and I have a bit of a problem. I'm 18, 5"9, 170lbs, and I have saggy boobs. Since I'm trying to lose weight here, once I do will my boobs be even more saggy? They are 36 D's now and I hope to get them smaller. If you have experienced this please help!! Thanks xx

I just ordered Disco Sweat on VHS and I'm hoping to see some positive results. Is there anybody here who has lost doing this workout? I think dancing burns more calories than most exercises like Taebo and Buns of Steel tapes. Wish me luck to loose weight on this journey.

Well I gained... again.. how do you guys do it?
So, last week I did pretty terrible. I barely logged anything and I overate almost every day, my weekly weigh in Monday morning hit me where it hurts, I gained 2lbs. Now, 2lbs isn:t the worst gain, but my issue is I cannot seem to get under 170lbs. I:ve lost maybe 5 pounds in the past 4-5 months, I:ve given up bread )hurts…

so far its been great i lost 4lbs this month after a stall in feb - i am finding my TDEE is between 1750 and 2000 depending on whether i am work or home (desk job) my deficit is 250 sometimes can be 300 depending on how hungry i am. love love love my fitbit flex!

Calories not updating with new goal
I reached my goal weight recently, so I changed my goal in MFP to "maintain current weight" instead of "lose 1 pound per week". I click save, but my daily calorie goal in my diary hasn't changed. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

At a standstill
Been doing Fit pal for about 3 months now and initially lost 10 lbs . The last month however I've lost nothing. I'm doing the exact same thing as the 1st 2 months . Exercising daily and staying within my calorie allowance. Frustrated.. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know why? (SF jello calorie differences)
The great value (Walmart) sugar free peach jello is less calories than the strawberry? A serving 1/2 cup of the peach (SF) jello is 5 calories, whereas the (SF) Strawberry is 10 calories.
