Recipes for bulking

Im aiming to gain 30 lbs. I currently eat about 2,500 calories a day, i need a little over 1,000 more. Any recipes?

  • Make all of your meals 50% bigger. Or eat the same meals, 50% more frequently. Or some combination thereof.

    How much you weigh bro? What is your training schedule? Ballpark your body fat...need more info.
