hypothyroidism and morning motivation
I have an underactive thyroid and am feeling like I need to kick up my workouts a bit with some morning HIIT or running but I seriously lack the ability to get out of bed in time, any suggestions for leaving your bed in the A.M.? Why does Pepsi Next and Coke Lite have so many calories in it?
It's sweetened with Stevia, an artificial sweetener, so shouldn't it have a similar amount of calories to Pepsi Max or Diet Coke?

Calories don't tally with macronutrients.
I bought some provolone cheese that claims to be 60 calories per serving, 5g fat, 5g protein. Is it me, or does that not add up? 5g fat is 45 calories; 5g protein is 20 calories; that alone should be 65 calories per serving, not counting any carbs from lactose. What am I missing? My weight loss has stopped. HELP
I'm 5'9, weigh 161 and I've lost 21lb 9.8kg. But it's stopped. I changed my macro to 35%carbs 36%protein and the rest fat. Maybe I'm not getting enough carbs??? My calories intake a day is 1590. Should I go to the gym today?
Yesterday was a special occasion and I had a bit of a blow out. OH says I didn't even eat that much but it was much more than I've been eating recently.
