I completed three rounds putting on a lot of muscle mass...arms each went up 2 inches! And even got to pose with the big guy himself. You're going to love it! Best part of the program is all the eating!!

I love it and Sagi is so funny. I don't care for his cardio workouts so I swap those for an Insanity or fitness blender cardio workout. I love how basic yet effective his program is.

Congrats it's a great program! Did you order the Tempo to or just the base program?

I've been doing it for about a month now and it's done wonders for my weight loss and inches. Do you have a wide range of dumbbells and a workout bench or stability ball?
