Why is Fitbit cancelling out my exercise?
Have a question about Fitbit and MFP. I have a Fitbit flex and use it for walking exercise and daily activities. I also do some cycling and log that as a manual exercise in MFP. However when I review my food table for the day they cancel each other out. Example at the moment I have 274 extra calories earned today via…

My food scale has mL and fluid ounces... I'm confused.
It's this one. Should I use mL/fl. oz when logging liquids, or should I just rely on measuring cups? I honestly have no idea why it would include mL/fl. oz, because they're units of volume. Can someone explain this to me?

Do you ALWAYS track?
I have been maintaining for about a month now. I have a birthday coming up, and I thought about just eating what I want that day and not tracking. I don't plan to go on a crazy binge but I'm sure I'll exceed my calories. I think if I track, knowing how much I go over will drive me crazy and take away from enjoying my…

Appetite cycles NOT related to menstrual cycles?
Does anyone here feel like they go through appetite cycles? I've never been very good at eating the right amount. I tend to go through periods of time (months to maybe even a year at a time) where I eat too much and then switch back to periods of time where I'm not eating enough because I have little appetite - and because…

I need a bit of help, a few years ago I ended pulling both hamstrings really badly and they've given me nothing but trouble since then. I'm thinking they either never healed right or they're just exceptionally weak at this point. Is there a way to strengthen your hamstrings? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Struggling with sodium and sugar!
This is driving me crazy. I'm not eating fried foods or desserts or chips or anything that would strike one as a high sodium/sugar food but I'm constantly way over my sugar and sodium goals. It seems like the days I'm on lower on one I'm higher on the other. Has anyone figured out how to keep these under control?
