Myfitnesspal app issue - weekly calories information incorrect
Anyone else have the issue where the weekly calories and other nutrition information is incorrect, I can't seem to get it to work correctly.

Eating Calories for exercise
I am currently trying to lose 15# and my daily calories (w/o exercise) is 1200 calories. Today I input my exercise and it gave me back 350 calories to eat. I want to lose weight and burn extra calories. Can I "not eat them" and will it eventually allow me to lose weight?

Calorie Goal displaying incorrectly
My food log shows that my calorie goal is 1270. Under my Fitness Goals, it shows that my calorie goal is 1750. Up until yesterday, my food log would show 1750. Now it will only show 1250. I don't know how to get it to reflect the correct calories. Please help!

Any one trying to stop smoking?
Have been smoking on and off for the last 7 months after 10 years as a non-smoker. My plan is to start running for fitness so the smoking has to go too. I find it hard though as I seem to have replaced 'emotional eating' with 'emotional smoking'. Anyone else trying to kick the habit too?

am I overtraining?
I am 64 and when i workout i usually go over an hour. If doing stength training, I use a push pull aproach and move to the alternate immediatly (less than 30 sec). I will add an unrelated exercise in and then repeat the cycle. So might be dumbell military press, alternate with lat pull downs and a set of lunges. I keep…
