fast diet
Anyone tried the fast diet ? seems so hard to get the last half stone of ,its taking ages and only got 28 days so might give this a go

Im going tenerife first time on a plane it will b ,its one of the things on my todo list ,cannot wait at min but might b diff story on the day lol
