What are some great at home arm and thigh workouts that don't involve equipment?

i work almost all the time and i can only get in about 20 minutes of workout time at home I do not own equipment (I am looking to buy though). please list some good arm and thigh workouts! Thank you!

You can do body weight exercises anywhere.
Legs:
Squats
Lunges
Step-ups
Static leg lifts
Calf raises
Bridges
Arms:
Push-ups
Pull-ups
Tricep dips
Arm circles
These are basic moves that can be altered to your level. Some of the moves can help your core too.

Check out You are Your Own Gym. It's a ton of bodyweight exercises and the program is supposed to be pretty great.
