What are some great at home arm and thigh workouts that don't involve equipment?
i work almost all the time and i can only get in about 20 minutes of workout time at home I do not own equipment (I am looking to buy though). please list some good arm and thigh workouts! Thank you!

You can do body weight exercises anywhere.
Legs:- Squats
- Lunges
- Step-ups
- Static leg lifts
- Calf raises
- Bridges
Arms:- Push-ups
- Pull-ups
- Tricep dips
- Arm circles
These are basic moves that can be altered to your level. Some of the moves can help your core too.0 -
Check out You are Your Own Gym. It's a ton of bodyweight exercises and the program is supposed to be pretty great.0
