Weight gain after stopping vegetarianism
Hey guys, I've managed to gain 5lbs since I stopped being a vegetarian about 2 weeks ago. I didn't go crazy eating, I stayed within my calorie limit. Is my body just getting used to meat again? It is very off putting!
