Problems......
I feel a little bit like I'm obsessing over my calories and I'm not sure MFP is helping. I wondered if anyone has any advice about how to stop being obsessive whilst still logging calories?

Now at the moment mountain climbers are ok on my knees. But what part of the body do these work? I am do a few upper body 30 day challenges I know walking and…

Do you make your own fresh juices
Hey everyone! I own an Omega 8006 juicer and was wondering if anyone on here juices also. What are your go-to juicing recipes? My juice today was one grapefruit, one very small beet, one small pomegranate, four medium carrots, and a slice of ginger. It tasted pretty good but I think next time I'll leave the ginger out as…

Lose final 10-15 lbs in 60 days
Back story: So, about two years ago I was at my heaviest I at about 235 lbs (the result of a gradual weight can as a student + a rapid weight gain when I stopped smoking). I decided that it was time to lose and I did this in a few steps, with months long breaks in between. While losing I would often lose a kilogram (2-3…

Is there any way I could change that? But mainly I want to know whether I should or bulk(I'm 5'9)and what would you consider my body fat…

Hello all, I 've been on MFP for a while, but never really used it much or posted until now. My profile lists my goals but basically: Here to network and communicate with others. Anyone in/near Stoke-on-Trent
Hi, I'm looking for UK friends in/near Stoke-on-Trent. I'm starting the 5:2 diet tomorrow and have about 4 stone to lose. I'd like to find some friends for support on here but would also love it if there's anyone who lives near me who'd be interested in walking/hiking/geocaching. It would be really good to find an exercise…

Hello everyone, My name is Christine and I have been logged into My Fitness Pal for over 50 days in a row now! It is hard work and can become obsessive but, without it I think I could quite easily go off track and have more than I should. 5' - 5'2" girls I want to hear your story and pics!
I'm 5'1" and 24 years old. Right now I'm at 169 lbs but I don't have a really goal in mind of where I want to be so seeing some pictures might help me know where I need to get. I feel like its hard to judge people's weightloss because many people are taller than me and 169 looks very different on even a 5'5" girl so I'd…
