Rachel's meal plan

"A diet is what you eat, not what you are on"


Breakfast : Protein pancake
(Scoop protein powder, 1/4 C egg whites, 1 zucchini shredded, 1/4 cup oats)

Snack : Wafer/protein bar

Lunch : 2 cups veggies and 4oz meat and 1/2 sweet potato

Snack : 2T almond butter and apple and protein shake

Dinner : 2 cups veggies and 6oz meat

Dessert : protein pudding

Plus 2 liters water, 1 cup coffee, and supplements

Workout : 3xs week hot yoga, 2xs week weight training/20 min run

    I am on my progress to 20 lbs to go! Actually this is my plateau stage :s
  • I hate that stage!! Sending support! It's about 1500 cals. I usually have a piece of dark choc for dessert. 70% cocoa.

  • What kind of protein powder do you use? I'm looking to get some.... I like the pancake idea!
