I am half way through 12 week nutrimed diet And I'm not getting the results I had hoped for. I'm down 21 pounds but I still have 40 to go. Any ideas on how to speed things up. I'm following the diet to a T and exercising like crazy getting 1.6 pounds a week is very discouraging. I'm ready to quit and have a martini. Help!

Do you think the cost, the stress and all the hardships people go through towards a degree would worth the result? I mean I've seen more successful people around without going throw all this and they look healthier and happier than many college nerds.

Do I need to log exercise in MFP while using FItbit
so I just picked up a Fitbit surge and so far I love it. I play about an hour of basketball a day, and prior to getting the Fitbit I would just log the 60 minutes in myfitnesspal and it would add the calories I could eat for the day. Does it matter what you spend your calories on?
I'm worried I'm spending too much on desserts. My main weakness is chocolate so to satiate my cravings I choose to spend a portion of my calories on low calorie desserts. Sometimes I can go through three Skinny Cow triple chocs in a night (450) and one more in the arvo. I never have lunch and have a yogurt for breakfast.…

I've been doing low carb high fat for 2 weeks and I've lost 15lbs so far :) my goal is to lose somewhere between 90-120 lbs. im not sure of what ratios I should be using for my fat/protein/carbs and I'd be so excited to have help! Does anyone hula-hoop for exercise and have seen any progress? If so, how long a day do you hula-hoop? Do you listen to music or watch TV while doing it? I have one, but not sure how much cals. you burn while hula hooping.
