Way too much sugar?
Hi there! I had a question regarding sugar content. I eat a lot of fruit and even though I have not eaten many "Empty calorie" sugar such as candy, my sugar level is maxed out daily. Should I be counting the sugar in fruit towards my total, or is there a way to distinguish this difference? Thanks!!!!

does the calories I burn at work count?
I bought myself a pedometer yesterday and wore it today at work. My job, I'm on my feet walking fast from one area to the next. So my meter told me I have burned 967.7 calories and did about 5.879 miles. Does those numbers count even thought I stop here and there?

Hi. What is better: 30 minutes on an elliptical 5x a week or 60 minutes 3x a week. I've been doing 60 minutes but getting a bit burned out. Want to keep the same amount of workout but spread it better. Any tips?

you just can't seem to get your daily value of.... For me it's Potassium. MFP wants me to eat 3,500 MGs a day. On my best days I've barely gotten over 3,000. IBS/IBD/Crohn's Tips to deal with these issues
My Girlfriend suffered from IBD and although we have controlled it from going pretty much Paleo and completely cutting gluten out of our diets I was wondering if anybody had any useful hints or tips of anything to control it when it flares up?
