I went from morbidly obese to 6 pack abs! Ask me Anything
I've always wanted to do an AMA so I thought I'd set one up here. The basics about my story are that I went from 315lbs to 195 and have been making small gains in muscles/losses to fat ever since. Ask me anything, anything at all! Add me as a friend on here too!

3 years of dedication and 315 pounds lost.
I didn’t want to post in the success area until I reached my goal, but today officially marks my 3 year anniversary of my new lifestyle, and my daughter said it will help inspire others. This time 3 years ago I was leaving the hospital with the determination to get healthy and be a bigger part of my daughters’ lives. For…

My story of sweet revenge (pics)
I lied, my story really isn't about revenge. But, it started out that way. In 2010 my life hit a very low point. I weighed 217 pounds and my husband wanted a divorce. The entire four year marriage had been rough, so divorce was a bit of a relief. The downside of that was having to move across the country and back into my…

In 78 days, I've lost 163lbs... But I'm not done yet!

63 lbs lost and I've kept it off for over 2 years!
I spent my 20's having children and being over weight. I have 4 children, ages 11,8,7 and 3. I struggled a lot with my self esteem. I was always thin growing up. When I got pregnant at 19 with my oldest, I had gained 53 Ibs by the time I had her! I lost most of the weight and gained some back, then became pregnant with my…

What's Your Most Recent NSV
My most recent NSV is taking a selfie with my daughter and seeing dimples again! I have hated how I've looked for so long and I actually don't hate this picture and my dimples are back. Can't remember the last time I saw those, I know it was when a Bush was in office! Even the fact that I was willing to take a selfie is a…

BeingKevin, an update.
Hello! :) Some of you may remember me a little, some may not remember me at all, and most probably don’t give a damn, but I wanted to say hello to all of you who helped me so much as I began this new life over two and a half years ago. Many of you were a huge inspiration (both pals and MFP bloggers and posters) to me and I…

Halfway! Down 71.8 pounds!
I am halfway to my goal. I started out at 319 pounds, probably more than that before I weighed myself. I wore a size 28W/26W. I am now at 247 and wearing a size 16W. Not only have I lost 71.8 but I have also lost 22.75 inches from my body. I feel so much better. I can do more things now than I used to be able to do. All…
