I have been on a diet for 15 months now. My diet is sunday-friday coffee n sugar free oatmeal for breakfast, lunch and dinner is salads that I substitute serving size fried chicken or low cal soups for sometimes. Snacks are either 100 cal popcorn or honey graham crackers serving size. I keep my daily intake to no more than 1000 calories per day and I got to the gym 3-4 days\week. Also Saturdays are my cheat days whether I eat whatever I want for the day. I've been doing this for 15 months now and have lost over 70 lbs. I've gone from 349-278 lbs since starting this.0
