Any heart openers AKA backbend positions in yoga- Wheel, Locust, Camel, Cobra, Up Dog are all great. They're some of my favorite yoga poses
With weights- hip thrusts, deadlifts, stepping up onto a tall box0 -
Oh.. so that's what the cool kids are calling it now... <smirk>
I like weighted hyperextensions. Pulls the back, butt, and upper legs..0 -
Weighted glute thrusts are no joke. I also liked the downward dog leg lifts. Really got my 'under butt's' attention. Going to Check out that vid next!0

I like Jessica Smith's butt workout. I found it on youtube, works pretty well and it's very convenient for doing at home.0

I can't chose between barbell glute bridges and barbell hip thrusts! Dead lifting (more than squatting for me) comes in as the next one after those two.0

I do the traditional exercises like squats but if j want to mix it up, I'll do different elevation kickbacks on either a cable machine standing with the handle wrapped around my foot or on all fours with a resistance band wrapped around my foot at 45 degrees.0

Clearly she already had a good muscle base. Since you do as well, you'll probably have good results. I'm not sure how it would carry over to somebody with less development already.0 -
Deadlifts then split squats.0

Yes! because they are so easy and i can do a lot of reps0 -
I call them donkey kicks but idk if that's even remotely correct. Just start on hands and knees, and swing your leg back and up like you're trying to push your heel into the ceiling, while keeping the leg at 90 degree angle.0
