Down 75 Pounds (pics)
I have always been a little chubby, but I hit my all time highest weight as a senior in high school in 2011. I was 5'4" and weighed 235 pounds. I was super depressed and always felt tired. I got into a vicious cycle of feeling bad about my body, then comfort eating which of course made it worse. Finally, at the beginning…

Workout schedule question
I am trying to lose weight/fat and I alternate running days and weight lifting days. I can't decide how to schedule my Friday workouts. What do you think? Here is a typical schedule: Monday - lift Tuesday - run Wednesday - lift Thursday - run *Friday - this is where I can't decide what to do. More lifting? More running?…

Recipe Breakdown
I recently read somewhere that I can put the ingredients to a recipe in My Fitness Pal, and it will break it down as far as calories, fat, sugar, sodium, etc. If this is true, can someone direct me to it? I apologize if this has been posted before. Thanks!

I scream, YOU scream, WE ALL scream for ice cream!
Ice cream has long been one of my favorite foods, especially when it's hot. I have decided to cut out ice cream because of the high calories, fat, and sugar, but it is a daily struggle. This will be day 5 with no ice cream. Is anyone else fighting this craving? How do you resist and what do you substitute if anything?

Olive oil on chicken
Hey everyone. I'm back to trying to count calories. If I broil a chicken breast with extra virgin olive oil and seasonings, how do I count the olive oil? Some of it runs off, so even if I measured it before putting it in, it wouldn't count. Any thoughts?
