Long story short: I spent a LOT of time losing weight in 2013. My whole life was consumed by calorie counting, constant worry, and excessive exercise. Some complications caused me to drop to 82 lbs. It wasn't good. You see I have lots of health problems aside from that related to my kidneys, and also the fact that I have…

Coconut Flour Pancakes
Coconut Flour Pancakes These are super yummy! I got this recipe from here: http://www.cheeseslave.com/2008/10/17/coconut-flour-pancakes/ The only thing I changed was that I added a bit more coconut milk, added cinnamon, and doubled the maple syrup/honey. 3 eggs 3 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted (plus extra butter…

24 hour fasts almost everyday. Bad idea?
I eat almost all my calories in the morning (1500-1600) and don't eat anything until the next morning. I get tired earlier than usual eating like this, but it has been working for me otherwise. I've been eating like this on and off for 2 months. Will this have any long term negative effects?

Almost reached my target
Feeling positive - for the last 1/2 months I have been trying to put on weight from 9 and half stone to 12 stone whilst working out 3-4 times a week. I am a little bit under 11 stone now so almost there! So pleased because I have never gone over 9 and a half stone before as I've had trouble eating enough food, Thanks MFP!
