Anyone a proponent or know much about this? Drew Baye is a huge proponent for this in combination with a paleo diet, so is Doug McGuff, an MD

I have watched all of these videos through-and-through, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. I want to buy Doug McGuff's book, Body by Science, and see if there's any more explanation. I don't really expect everyone to sit through the 2 hour videos, but if you do, there is a lot of great information to be had. Today I tried my first intense lifting session, and even though it's just one set of every exercise, I was absolutely finished afterwards. I've been working out since January so I'm not totally new to lifting.
Does anyone on here adhere to this particular style? Have you seen great results?
