math and science don't change because you had an eating disorder. YOu need to eat enough calories to get into a surplus to gain weight. I assume you have a treatment team due to your disorder, yes? Maybe you should ask them and not a bunch of random internet people.
Not trying to be harsh, but it is really annoying when you keep posting multiple thread asking the same thing, when you have already gotten answers.0 -

then you should go see a DR and/or specialist to help you recover from your eating disorder.0 -
here is my advice..
instead of asking over and over what is the right amount….Set MFP to 2000 calories and eat to that number. If you do not gain after two weeks, then add 100 calories a day until you start gaining.

I am going to be as harsh as the others: go find a treatment team who have the experience in dealing with eating disorders and in due course will put you on the road to recovery.
You can find one several ways: do some research, talk to your doctor or family/friends.-1 -
I had an eating disorder when I was younger. They say you should aim at adding 2lb a week. After that when you at your target weight eat normally. Research online and ask your doctor. Try not to get stressed out and what's for the signs that trigger you to not eat, binge or throw up. You understand me right? Please take it one step at a time and my advise, don't post again because unless someone been through it themselves, they really can't advise you correctly. Go see a dietitian and a therapist and take little steps. You can beat this, I'm living proof it can be done. Add me and email me when ever you like. I'm in your corner.0

I know you are trying to help and I know she has asked questions before but that kind of responses you gave can really trigger her to have a relapse. People recovering from eating disorders need encouragement and support on a different level. Give her some credit for having the courage to ask in the first place. It takes guts to let people know you have a problem and want to fix it. Some people don't share their problems and die. I'm not having a go at you. Just trying to show you the bigger picture. Patience is the key.
Well done for trying to help her, it shows your a gentleman and there aren't many of them around. Well done you!!!0 -

Will assume theres something wrong with your mobile. Dont take it to heart with some of the posts being harsh they are trying to be helpful in their own way.
You would serve yourself well if you found out about your eating doisorder, whether you have one and the best strategies to deal with it. Obviously your Dr would be a good start so they cna monitor your progress, but you can also look at many of the eating disorder charities, which have plenty of information available.

This is quite a good guide showing you the overall plan in how to deal with an eating disorder and regain weight.

As far as setting the corret level of calories, then enter your details into MFP to find out what your maintenance is, whatever it is then for each 250 calories per day over that number you should gain 1/2lb a week as long as you are consistent. As long as you track your calories and consistently meet the targets it will happen for you. Good luck.0 -

Recommendations for weight restoration after an ED are different from bulking recommendations. If you don't tell people here that you are in recovery, you are probably going to give you inaccurate and possibly dangerous advice. 2000 calories is probably low if you're in recovery, but I'm not a doctor and can't tell you for sure what you should do. Nobody here can.
With that said, here are some actual resources:
