L-Carnitine + Chrome?

Hello, guys. I'm thinking to buy L carnitine + Chrome, it is supposed to be very effective, but I've never had this kind of L-carnitine (plus chrome), so I'm not sure if there is any side effects or something. I used to take liquid L-carnitine before and I was very happy with the results. So my question is if anyone had something like that, how was it for you? the brand is Silver Nutrition

    Effective for what?
  • Chromium (and not chrome) is important in certain metabolic functions - it's absence has been shown to cause certain metabolic dysfunction. HOWEVER, there is no need to supplement if you eat a variety of food AND taking too much is dangerous. There have been cases of chromium toxicity.

    I wouldn't touch this.
