L-Carnitine + Chrome?
Hello, guys. I'm thinking to buy L carnitine + Chrome, it is supposed to be very effective, but I've never had this kind of L-carnitine (plus chrome), so I'm not sure if there is any side effects or something. I used to take liquid L-carnitine before and I was very happy with the results. So my question is if anyone had something like that, how was it for you? the brand is Silver Nutrition

Chromium (and not chrome) is important in certain metabolic functions - it's absence has been shown to cause certain metabolic dysfunction. HOWEVER, there is no need to supplement if you eat a variety of food AND taking too much is dangerous. There have been cases of chromium toxicity.
