Hungry days
Hi
can someone out there tell me why we have 'hungry days' when nothing has really changed with regard to exercise and the diet choices have been the same??? Tho know would help with my motivation

I don't know the 'real' answer to that, but when I have those hungry days, I tell myself it's my body's way of letting me know that counting calories is working!
It's trying to shortcut; to get me to pop a little (or not so little) snack so it doesn't have to search for a few dozen fat cells to burn up, lol,
Sometimes I'm just thirsty, not hungry. If a couple of glasses of water don't make the hungry go away, it's probably time for a little snack, 5 - 10 almonds doesn't seem like much, but it does chase the hungry away
