Items not saving to diary

hi,
I just updated the app yesterday and today I cannot keep any items in my diary! Each time I add something, exit, and come back to enter another item, precious items don't show as added.

So far, only one item I've eaten all day has stuck. What's going on, MFP?

I have an iPhone 6+, if that matters
