I do this DVD religiously, I'm struggling as to which exercise to put it as in my exercise diary. Wondering if anyone does this DVD and what they class it as in their exercise diary? I have ordered a heart rate monitor/calorie burner watch to assist me.
Examples of rounds and calories would be a great help, thanks.

Hey, I do this work out too! Rich Callender, the trainer in the DVD, mentioned on twitter that all 12 rounds plus Abs should burn approx 500 cals. And from seeing other peoples heart rate pics on Instagram and what he has put on his twitter/Instagram heart rate monitors say that nearly everyone has burnt roughly this amount. I hope this helps! I'm going to be getting a monitor soon too, can't wait!
