My iphone counts my steps a day but i brisk walk for about 30 min a day is it giving me double credits for my calories. I dont want to feel that i have extra earned calories when i dont.
Only my second day tracking meals n exercise so far so good. But I'm dreading the weekends. I need tips that will push me past that 2 week mark which is where I always start to slip.
