Binging for 5 months

So i just joined today and im under my daily calories for the first time in 5 months :D anyways i have this problem with binging everyday for 5 months, i havent eaten less than 2000 calories until today, i am the heaviest i have been all my life and i have always been 5 pounds underweight for my height. But now im 120 pounds and 5'3! i want to be 105 pounds and all i want to do is eat! HELP how to eat what i want without gaining weight long term? I want to lose 15 pounds and i know im late for losing them before summer but how to lose without emotional binging?

    Hi there,

    You can eat what you want without gaining weight - but you have to watch your portions. I was on Jenny Craig for a long time and they teach you to volumize. Eat "free" foods with very little calories such as brocolli, mushroom, greenbeans, etc....find one "free food" that you like and use it often.

    I am vegetarian (no meat,fish or poultry) who loves pasta. I do eat my pasta (exercising the proper portion control) and tell myself that I am eating exactly what I like to eat. However, I fill up my plate with freebies as well.

    Also, find what works for you. I do "bank" (save) more calories for the evening because I like to eat at night to unwind in front of the TV. (Yeah - that is not good but I know I am going to do it). So - I eat less for lunch and save some of the calories for later.

    You have choices - that is what this program is all about. When I am really hunger - for example and want a bagel with cream cheese - most of the time - I will eat a slice of weight watchers bread with mustard (I love mustard and it does not have a lot of calories).

    If you are invited out to dinner - eat less that day - and plan it - so that you can enjoy yourself.
