Ah I'm well aware that I asked already I just taught it mite be different when you have an eating disorder math and science don't change because you had an eating disorder. YOu need to eat enough calories to get into a surplus to gain weight. I assume you have a treatment team due to your disorder, yes? Maybe you should ask them and not a bunch of random internet people. Not trying to be harsh, but it is really annoying when you keep posting multiple thread asking the same thing, when you have already gotten answers.

Research online and ask your doctor. Try not to get stressed out and what's for the signs that trigger you to not eat, binge or throw up. You understand me right? Please take it one step at a time and my advise, don't post again because unless someone been through it themselves, they really can't advise you correctly. Go see a dietitian and a therapist and take little steps. You can beat this, I'm living proof it can be done. Add me and email me when ever you like. I'm in your corner.

People recovering from eating disorders need encouragement and support on a different level. Give her some credit for having the courage to ask in the first place. It takes guts to let people know you have a problem and want to fix it. Some people don't share their problems and die. I'm not having a go at you. Just trying to show you the bigger picture. Patience is the key. Well done for trying to help her, it shows your a gentleman and there aren't many of them around. Well done you!!!

If you don't tell people here that you are in recovery, you are probably going to give you inaccurate and possibly dangerous advice. 2000 calories is probably low if you're in recovery, but I'm not a doctor and can't tell you for sure what you should do. Nobody here can.
