Hello! This is my first post just to share with you a picture where I can actually see changes, it's not the best quality because I didn't take any before pics but I found one wearing the same clothes I'm wearing today and I'm so happy I look better

I guess it was more than 18 but since I didn't weight myself when the before pic was taken I'll never know exactly

i want to say congratulations,

but, do have to say that the weight lost between those two pictures are at least 30-50 pounds 18 is a gross underestimation. i did read you didn't know your weight before hand, but you should know that you've lost way more than 18 pounds, and that you should be proud of.
