WEIGHTLIFTING CHALLENGE 3 x 3!

We have decided that we will dedicate to weightlifting for 3 months From the end of June to the end of September... Disregarding the scale and lifting 3 times a week... We are taking measurements and snapping pictures and eager to see where we end up!
