Eat Less to Success
You will not starve! 1200 cals to 1400 cals per day. Exercise 3 times a week. Weigh in on Sundays! Do not report your weight, just those ugly pounds lost. It will work, if you fight the mind. Use the 80/20 rule- which allows you to eat 80% good and 20% of something bad lol! This will help with deprivation!. But be careful not to do over do it! No eating pass 7pm. Let's chat everyday.
