30 Day Shred May 2015

Open to anyone who wants some accountability. Jillian Michael's 30 day shred is a great workout, I have done it before in the past and got amazing results from it!

We will begin on Monday May 11th!

What I do is Monday-Friday workouts, with weekends off. The two days off on the weekend also help me use those days for a catch up in case I miss during the week.

The first video is on youtube. I bought level 2 and 3 on amazon instant video for about 2 bucks

For me, there is something gratifying in crossing out the date when I complete the workout.

We can post on here each day when we complete the work out for the day, it helps with accountability. Add me as a friend as well!
