Beth's 30 for 30 Exercise and Food Logging Challenge!

Starting on April 27th, each and every one of us will exercise for 30 minutes a day AND keep a complete food diary on MyFitnessPal, for 30 days straight. It doesn't matter what kind of exercise you do. If you can't make it to the gym do a video, have a dance party with your kids, play tag, chase your dog, whatever! It also doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you log it on MyFitnessPal. We'll keep each other motivated on this page, as well as on facebook. I'll keep track of who logs their food and exercises each day, and I WILL CALL YOU OUT ON IT IF YOU DON'T!
