The Beach Bums: Weekly Challenges
This group is for all of Poppy's girls to compete in weekly challenges. These are non-scale challenges that motivate us not to just lose weight, but do things to improve our health. Examples would be drinking so much water, or walking so many miles, and so forth, each week. Whoever wins the weekly challenge gets to pick the next week's challenge.
