I am nearing Fluffy Town! Help!

I hate jumping into an already established forum and trying to start up a dialogue with people that are already set in there ways. I need community help at this point and I think if your nearing Fluffy, so do you. Lets discuss what has worked for us in the past and what has been the worst.
