60 day challenge for men and women teens

Hey guys, want to join the challenge? Were all in this together! We are going to stick to the challenge so it can become a habit. I remember a quote i really liked. Its was something like wanting to have something gets you motivated and habit is what keeps you going. Goal is to work out between 3-6 times a week. Take the stairs and try not to eat after 7. And avoid high salty foods so you dont feel puffy and bloated.

So what do you say make your own plan stick to it and join us on our 60 day challenge :)
