Sunshine Coast Hot Mumma's
Welcome to Sunshine Coast Hot Mumma's.
I am your typical mum, just of one and even so finding it an everyday struggle to beat the battle of the postnatal bulge. Well for some it may feel like a tremendous bulge (hello me) and other just a few extra kilo's for shred to get back to an original pre bub weight.
We all have different paced lifestyles, careers, including the stay at home mummies, large or small sized families, you maybe a single parent, all with varied support networks available to us, social circles and all living day to day the best we know how.
For me this includes still living with PND (Postnatal Depression) from having our little girl now over 2 years ago. I hear of mums lucky enough to have PND short term and others unfortunately long term. It comes along with a lot of good and bad days and a continual struggle or better said 'challenging' lifestyle. But this is not a group just for Hot Mumma's with PND it is for any and every Hot Mumma out there trying to shed those lingering kilo's or perhaps years of ongoing kilo's that have just never budged despite various efforts and attempts!
I am hoping that the Sunshine Coast Hot Mumma's Group can provide us each with even just that little bit of extra support and encouragement we need from time to time to keep us moving forward and obtaining our personal goals.
Whether it be a post you read that picks you up when you are low.
Being able to relate to another member in similar circumstances to your own. Maybe other mummies suffering with PND.
Handy hints and ideas you can pass onto other that you have found has worked for you.
Share some favorite locations on the Sunny Coast to exercise, maybe a leisurely walk or intense hike or ride!
Fun outdoors or stay at home exercise routines.
Yummy healthy 'quick n easy' recipes, we can all do with more of those....
Create a regular social exercise group with others or even one other that will get you off that couch every now and then! People you feel at your level or have the same likes, with prams, with tag longs (kids) on bikes, with the family dog!
You get the gist, so anything else you think that us other Hot Mumma's could benefit from in shredding the pounds and taking control back once and for all!
