
Sugar Free May!
I'd like to get a group together, that has always wanted to go sugar free, but maybe never thought they could. I want to do an experiment with not eating sugar for May, and see how it helps me feel. I can't seem to commit to it for a lifetime, yet, but think I may be able to do one month. I will define this as anything with white sugar, or substitute sugar, or corn syrup. I believe I will still have natural sugars, in natural amounts, as in fresh fruit. (But not concentrated juice.) I thought May could be a good month to try it, because personally I have no birthday parties, and it is not high time for ice cream over the summer.
