You are invited to join us in a 10 week challenge.

We are ... strong. decisive. united. We cheer each other on and celebrate our wins together!

We will reach our goal of losing 10 pounds in 10 weeks by honoring our bodies and honoring our Creator. Our bodies are His handiwork. We commit to work hard and take care of what He has entrusted to us. We submit our desires to God. He has given us a spirit of power, love and sound mind. We receive the power He wants to give us. In this He is glorified! We lay down our lives, our bodies for Him.

I feel it is extremely important to speak out what it is that you want, especially if it is in opposition to how you may feel. In that, there is even breakthrough! This is a list of personal declarations that I would like to share for inspiration. Your list may look different than mine depending on your goals.

practical:
I will control myself and consume no more than the restricted daily calorie portion.
I will manage my time and intentionally prepare healthy food and get my clothes ready.
I will focus and log everything that goes into my mouth.
I will sacrifice and work hard to burn a minimum of 350 calories a day.
I will say no to things that are in direct opposition to my goals.

emotional:
I will enjoy this process and be proud of the progress that I make each day.
I will recognize my failures objectively and without shame.
I will care for myself by exchanging bad habits and weakness for discipline, strength and dignity.
I will be successful in achieving a healthy lifestyle.
I will be energized by #1 finding daily inspiration #2 the hope of fulfillment.
I will be patient with myself when I fall. This is a journey and I am still learning.
I will share my success and inspire others.
