Yes, that's me in my before and after photos. I was in HS and the at age 40. Who says when you turn 40 you can't loos it?
Our goals are small and are in 2 month increments.
I will share my success and exactly how I did it. I hate it when you hear someone did something, but you are never given the exact details.
We will do the exact exercises that I did to loose the weight. I'm limited on what I an do, but I'll tell you what to bring and show you what to do!
Mothers day of last year I weighted 130 lbs (I'm only 4'10 so that's a lot) and I wore a size 8. I was wearing a size 4 since October 1,2014, I stopped checking my scale until yesterday where I weighed 117 without dieting or exercise since November.
In High School I was a size 12.

Here are some facts:
1. 2 month goals-so you don't get discouraged and give up.
2. Weigh Yourself and ask your self what your ideal goal would be, then add 10 lbs to that.
3. Measure yourself and write down what your measurements are now and what you want them to be. If you have 50 lbs or less, make your goal June 2016 (of course, that will depend on how much) if you have 50-100 make your goal June 2017. The same with inches. Spread them out over 12-24 months. Every 2 months you'll measure yourself and compare your notes to see what you've done.
4. Only check the scale one day a week! Your cheat date. This will only happen the first two months. Your cheat dates will change after 2 months to a lot more frequently. The focus for the first 2 months is to get you to train yourself NOT to focus on what the scale says. It's your enemy because you will gain muscle first. You will loose water weight first.
5. After June, you will check it every 3 days. This is where it gets fun! For every 1 lb you loose, reward yourself with a cheat day!! However, if you gain 2 lbs, you need to loose 3 lbs until another. Be careful on your cheat days! I was so afraid of my cheat days that I was very careful. Only once did I go over my 2 lbs and I was on vacation. It's okay!! Really, it's okay to cheat while on vacation. Just be careful because you'll be paying the price when you return. I went on another vacation and I didn't gain anything! You'll figure it out as it goes.
6. I loove soda! I can no longer drink regular soda. My taste buds don't like it!! Have you ever heard of 10 Soda? It comes in Dr. Pepper, Orange, Root-beer and a few others, I pour mine in a glass with no ice and it tastes the same! Those were my cheats.
7. Mothers day is coming up! Ask your family to put a lock on the foods that may tempt you. There were foods I didn't eat but I knew if I wanted them, I'd eat them. We have an outside fridge where for Mothers day, my family put it all in there.
8. We did not go out to eat in my 5 month journey because that was my initial goal with the exception of vacations.
9. Everyone will tell you not to eat carbs. I personally wont do that. Dieting is torture on a body. IT craves foods for a reason. So, I only had them once a day and before 1 pm. always chose lunch.
10. I hate veggies. So, often times you'll see me with a Popsicle i my mouth that's actually a smoothie. It takes me too long to drink a smoothie so when I work out, I eat my Popsicle (I mean my veggies)
11. Water- I put kool-aid drops in mine. It gives me that sweet taste so I don't crave it.
I also will soak lemons for a couple of hours and use them all day. Just like the hotels. You can use oranges, cucumbers.. etc.
If you don't like pineapple or cucumbers, DO NOT put them in your smoothie
