The rules:
Every day:
5 points for staying under calorie limit
5 points for 8 glasses of water/day
5 points for 2 separate personal food goals (you choose your own! Pie chart, lower sugar, no alcohol, specific number of veggie servings a day etc. just make sure you share your personal goal, and it can change weekly! We may need to adjust point value or have a daily food goal and a weekly food goal?)
10 points for every 30 min of working out (or 5 for 15 min)
Weekly points: (Ends on Saturday night!)
10 points for working out 5 days a week
20 points for burning 3500 (choose your own goal?) calories in a week
5 points for 2 personal fitness goals (2 workout classes a week, 3x of working a target area you choose, running x number of miles, etc)
10 points for first place on NexTrack
5 points for second on NexTrack
