Clients wishing to lose weight may use this plan. the calories are for people with a BMR that requires 1200 calories to maintain weight. If you require more than 1200 roughly estimate how much more you need to eat and should you require less roughly estimate how much less you need to eat. e.g john has a BMR calorie requirement of 1500 he may eat 120g of green beans not 100g.
